High Risk Intensive Outpatient Treatment
This Classification requires 75 hours of Intensive Outpatient Treatment and 24 hours of Continuing Care to be completed over 12 months.
75 hours = $2,250
Continuing care 24 Hours over 12 months = $650

Intensive Outpatient
Individuals mandated by court to complete the High Risk Classification Program are required to complete 75 hours of Intensive Outpatient Treatment, Patient’s must attend 1-3x/weekly.
Discharge
Upon successful completion, Patient’s will receive a treatment verification form, a discharge summary, a continuing care plan and continuing care status report along with other supporting documentation.
