Significant Risk Classification
The Significant Risk Classification requires 10 hours of Risk education, 20 hours of Treatment and 12 hours of Continuing Care to be completed over a 6 month period.
You may pay for each part separately if you wish as you are only responsible for making payment toward the program you are in at the time. For example, upon enrolling you have to complete risk education first, which means you may only pay $200 until you complete those initial 10 hours of risk education as required.
The additional $5/per curriculum workbook used during your outpatient stay.
a breakdown of cost is as follows:

12 hours of aftercare (2 hours per month over 6 months) = $350

For Individual’s involved in court monitoring who have been classified as Significant Risk, sessions consist of 10 hours of Risk Education followed by 20 hours of Substance Abuse Treatment. Upon discharge, 12 hours of Continuing Care completed over a 6 month period. Further Stay is welcomed and based on need
Discharge
Upon successful completion of the Individualized Program, Patient’s will receive a risk education certificate, a treatment verification form, a discharge summary, continuing care plan, continuing care plan status report form and other supporting documentation.
